Terms & Conditions

1. Our Bus will start from Chandan Cinema on 31st Dec at 08 00am. Please respect the timings and do not delay.

2. Please carry Toiletries, towel, soap, etc.

3. Children below 5 years are complimentary. Separate bed will be chargeable.

4. Guests are required to present a Government ID with proof of address during Check-in.

5. Please carry your own water bottles, Filter Water is available at the farm .

6. Weather is getting colder day by day. Please carry Sweaters, shawls etc .

7. Distance between Farm and Guesthouse is approximately 850 mts. All our activities take place at the farm.

8. Only Jio Network is available inside the Guesthouse campus, whereas all network support at the farm.

9. Please note that we serve food without Onion & Garlic and we serve only Herbal tea and coffee inside the campus.

10. Unmarried couples are not allowed. Please make sure to completely abstain from Intoxication, Gambling, Meat Eating, Illicit Sex on and off the property during your stay here.

11. As Iskcon Nilachal Village is an Ashram, please avoid tight fitting clothes as a Gesture of Respect to the Culture here. Clothing for both Men & Women should be loose & comfortable, covering the shoulders & knees.

12. Since we are excited about Trekking, our past experience requests only those people really in good health to participate. For the rest of the devotees who do not want to participate can either stay at Talasari farm or come to the Mahalaxmi Temple and spend time down there.

Room/Tents Booking Policy

Rooms or Tents will be blocked on a confirmed basis, only upon receipt of a 100% advance amount.

Guest staying in Tents are most welcome for the adventurous and a bit challenging experience under the stars.
Guests booking for tents are requested to clear out all the queries on call to avoid last minute surprise.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is done 15 days before the Check-in Time of the Arrival Date then 25% of the estimated amount will be retained and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is done 72 hours before the Check-in Time of the Arrival Date then 60% of the estimated amount will be retained over and above the non-refundable amount.
If cancellation is done LESS than 72 hours before the Check-in date OR in case of ”NO SHOW”, then 100% of the estimated amount will be retained.
